I recently stayed at a stunning riverside apartment in York, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities were modern and the shower was spacious enough for my tall husband. The location was fantastic, with amenities just an 8-minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, from extra pillows to earplugs for the geese. The owner's sense of humor was evident in little touches like providing earplugs for the geese noise and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Daisy, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Nothing to complain about, I recommend this place for staying. Thanks a lot for really lovely stay, having setting in the middle of the city. The rooms are clean, plus there is an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating. It is a couple of blocks away from Vikings Pizza, I ordered food to go there...

The location was perfect for exploring the city center, and having parking on site was a bonus. the view from the suite across the river was stunning, and the accommodation was bright and clean. the kitchen was well-equipped with modern facilities, and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the excellent communication from Daisy before and during our stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Cons: No 🤔.

The location of this place is fantastic, it's right by the river and close to the city center.

Felt super secure and safe as a solo traveler, with a great sense of humor from the owner providing earplugs for geese noise. The fridge bottle was a jaw-dropping surprise. Daisy was lightning fast in answering questions. The modern apartment had mind-blowing views of the river and a lot of history. Conveniently located near a wine shop, with EXCELLENT facilities and a high-spec kitchen. Comfy bed, great communication, and a smooth experience. Great location, view, and everything we needed.

loved my stay at chocolets - the foss suite in york! so secure and safe, perfect for a solo traveler. the owner's sense of humor with the ear plugs was great, and the bottle in the fridge was a nice touch. daisy was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. the apartment was modern, clean, with amazing views over the river. convenient location too, with a wine shop nearby.

I had a great stay at a hotel in York. The room was bright, clean, and had a lovely view of the river. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and on-site parking. The staff, especially Daisy, were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout my stay. I felt safe and secure, which was important since I was traveling alone. The little touches like earplugs and a welcome bottle in the fridge were much appreciated. it was a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was having a more diverse menu.

Loved having the whole apartment to myself. The view of the river was delightful. And thank you, owner, for the earplugs to deal with the noise of the geese, what a hilarious solution!
